Outsourcing to India or Europe? What's better?

Nice day to write something useful.

I have to write an article comparing outsourcing development to India and Europe.

So just theses

1. prices comparison: India is slightly cheaper.
2. code quality: check dailywtf to get some Indian code samples. They are terrible. We produce a better code.
3. Time zone: - Europe have closer timezone to um.... Europe and to USA. so the communications is better.
4. culture and mentality: European mentality and culture is way more close to those in USA. we are not WASPs but normal average Europeans. so we can better understand client needs and ideas.
5. better education: every developer is college graduate on programming or maybe technical specialty. not just programming courses like "become a senior developer in 24 days".



looks like no more points to go.


So I have to write around 3k of text. well. got to do this.
